No. JJWin's Terms and Conditions strictly prohibit duplicate accounts. Each Pakistani player is allowed one account only, linked to one mobile number and one CNIC. Multiple accounts detected by JJWin's system will be merged or closed, and any bonus winnings from duplicate accounts will be voided. If you've accidentally created two accounts, contact support@jjwin.im to have them merged before any action is taken.

Visit jjwin.im/login and enter your registered Pakistani mobile number or email address along with your password. Alternatively, use OTP login — enter your mobile number and JJWin will send a one-time PIN via SMS. Enter the PIN to access your account without needing your password. Both methods are equally secure.
Click "Forgot Password?" on the JJWin login page. Enter your registered mobile number or email address. JJWin will send a reset OTP to your mobile within 30 seconds. Enter the OTP on the reset page and choose a new password. Your account balance and history are fully preserved. If you have trouble with this process, email support@jjwin.im for manual assistance.
Log in to your JJWin account, go to Account Settings and select Security. Toggle the 2FA option on and follow the on-screen instructions to link your authenticator app (Google Authenticator or Authy). Once set up, every login will require both your password and a 6-digit time-based code from the app. JJWin strongly recommends enabling 2FA on all accounts.
Go to Account Settings → Contact Details after login. You can update your registered mobile number there. You will need to verify both your old number (if still accessible) and the new one via OTP. If you no longer have access to your old number, contact support@jjwin.im with your account details and CNIC information. Manual number changes take up to 48 hours to process.

Log in to your JJWin account and go to the Withdrawal section in your account dashboard. Enter the amount you want to withdraw (minimum Rs 500) and select your preferred method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay or bank transfer. Confirm the request. Most withdrawals are processed within 60 seconds. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours depending on your bank.
The minimum withdrawal amount at JJWin is Rs 500 across all supported methods — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay and bank transfer. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though very large withdrawal requests above Rs 500,000 may require an additional security verification step. There are no JJWin-side withdrawal fees on any method.
There are a few common reasons for a withdrawal delay: (1) Your account KYC has not been completed and your withdrawal is above Rs 50,000 — submit your CNIC photos to support@jjwin.im.
