JJWin Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Player Must Know

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply to all JJWin platform users. Understanding these terms will help you read the rest of this document clearly.

• "JJWin" refers to the platform operated at jjwin.im, including its website, mobile interface and all associated services.
• "Player" / "You" refers to any individual who registers a JJWin account or uses the JJWin platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the JJWin platform.
• "Balance" means the total PKR amount held in your JJWin account, including deposited funds and credited winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets or matched deposit bonuses credited to your account by JJWin under a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times bonus funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Services" means all betting, gaming, casino, jackpot and sports wagering products available on the JJWin platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the sole operating currency of JJWin.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means deposit limits, session limits, cool-off periods and self-exclusion features available to all JJWin account holders.

To register and use a JJWin account, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times. Registering with JJWin constitutes a declaration by you that you meet all of these requirements.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of JJWin.
• You must be a natural person — companies, partnerships and organisations may not hold JJWin accounts.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and a valid email address.
• You must not be subject to any legal restriction in your jurisdiction that prohibits online gaming or betting.
• You must not be a JJWin employee, contractor or immediate family member of a JJWin employee.

JJWin reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. The platform does not knowingly permit accounts to be created by individuals under 18, and all reports of underage account usage are investigated immediately.

Each individual may hold one and only one JJWin account. Operating multiple accounts — regardless of the device, phone number or payment method used — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

• You are responsible for keeping your JJWin login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether by you or by any person who gains access using your credentials.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact JJWin support immediately at support@jjwin.im.
• JJWin is not liable for losses resulting from you sharing your login details with another person.
• Account balances are non-transferable between JJWin players under any circumstances.
• JJWin may require identity verification (KYC) at any time. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

JJWin reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any account at any time as part of its regulatory compliance obligations. Players are required to cooperate with these checks promptly.

JJWin processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following limits and conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals on the JJWin platform.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible.
• JJWin does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside JJWin's control.
• Withdrawals of jackpot prizes above Rs 5,00,000 may require additional identity verification. JJWin will contact the winning player directly within 24 hours to complete this process.
• JJWin reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawals where fraud or money laundering is suspected, pending investigation.

JJWin offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out here.

• Welcome Bonus: New JJWin players are eligible for the 150% first-deposit welcome bonus up to Rs 25,000. This bonus requires a minimum qualifying deposit of Rs 300. Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times the bonus amount) before withdrawal eligibility.
• One Bonus Per Player: Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household and per payment method. JJWin uses identity matching to enforce this rule.
• Game Contribution: Sports betting contributes 100% toward wagering requirements. Slots contribute 100%. Live casino games (roulette, baccarat, Teen Patti) contribute at the rate specified in the individual bonus terms — typically 10%–20%.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within 30 days of crediting will expire and be removed from the account balance without compensation.
• Withdrawal Before Completion: If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement on active bonus funds, the bonus amount and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Your deposited principal remains unaffected.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automation to complete wagering, or placing offsetting bets across accounts — will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all bonus and bonus-derived funds.

All sports bets placed on JJWin — including PSL betting, cricket, football and all other markets — are governed by the following general sports betting rules. Sport-specific and market-specific rules may supplement these general rules and are published within each betting market.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are accepted at JJWin's discretion. JJWin reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason.
• Minimum Bet: Rs 100 on all sports markets. Some markets may carry higher minimums as specified in the market information.
• Maximum Payout: JJWin's maximum single-bet payout is Rs 50,00,000 (Rs 5 crore). Accumulator payouts are also subject to this ceiling. No claim above this amount will be honoured regardless of the odds at the time of bet placement.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change at any time until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the final odds applicable to the bet. JJWin's in-play odds update every few seconds — confirmed bets will not be re-priced after confirmation.
• Abandoned / Incomplete Events: If a match is abandoned before the result of a specific market can be determined, bets on that market will be voided and stakes returned. If an official result is declared by the relevant governing body, JJWin will settle on that result.
• Void Bets: JJWin may void any bet where an obvious pricing error is identified. Players who knowingly exploit pricing errors will have their accounts reviewed under the prohibited activities policy.
• Cash Out: The Cash Out feature is available on selected markets at JJWin's discretion. Cash Out availability is not guaranteed for any specific bet or market. JJWin reserves the right to suspend Cash Out on any market at any time, including during live play.

Casino games — including slots, roulette, baccarat, blackjack, Teen Patti, jackpot slots and live dealer games — are provided through licensed third-party game studios. The following rules apply to all casino play on JJWin.

• All casino games on JJWin operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems audited by independent testing agencies. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be influenced by JJWin, the player or any third party.
• Minimum bet amounts and maximum win limits vary by game and are displayed in the game information panel within each title. Players are responsible for reviewing these limits before placing bets.
• Progressive Jackpots: Jackpot prizes are paid in full in PKR to the winning player's JJWin balance. Jackpot triggers are governed by the specific rules of each jackpot game. JJWin does not make any guarantee regarding jackpot win frequency or prize amounts, which fluctuate in real time.
• In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection during a live casino session, any bets placed during the affected round will be voided and stakes returned. JJWin is not liable for winnings that could have been achieved in the affected round.
• Live casino game results are final once confirmed by the dealer and/or the game's software. Disputes regarding live game results must be raised with JJWin support within 24 hours of the relevant game session.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the JJWin platform. Any account found to be engaging in these activities will be subject to immediate suspension, investigation and potentially permanent closure with forfeiture of funds.

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to influence the outcome of a casino game or exploit live dealer games through coordinated wagering strategies.
• Arbitrage Betting: Placing bets on all outcomes of an event across JJWin and other platforms with the intent of guaranteeing profit regardless of outcome (so-called "arbing").
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, AI tools or any automated software to place bets, spin slots, or interact with JJWin's platform in place of genuine manual play.
• Chargeback Fraud: Depositing funds via a payment method and subsequently disputing the charge with your bank or mobile wallet provider after those funds have been wagered or withdrawn.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using fake identity information, or exploiting promotional loopholes to claim bonuses beyond those you are legitimately entitled to.
• Money Laundering: Using JJWin to process, conceal or disguise the origin of funds obtained illegally. JJWin cooperates fully with Pakistani financial authorities and will report suspicious activity as required by law.
• Account Selling or Transfer: Selling, renting, transferring or otherwise sharing your JJWin account with another person for any purpose.

JJWin is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. We encourage all players to approach gaming as entertainment and to maintain awareness of their spending habits. The following responsible gaming tools are available to every JJWin account holder, free of charge, at any time.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps on your account. Increases to deposit limits take 7 days to activate (cooling-off period). Decreases activate immediately.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of JJWin.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a temporary break from JJWin for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or any custom duration you choose. During a cool-off period, your account is suspended but your balance is preserved.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from JJWin. This option is irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months. JJWin will close your account and return your remaining balance. You will not receive any marketing communications during self-exclusion.
• Reality Checks: Opt-in to receive periodic notifications showing your session time and net profit/loss during the current session.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JJWin's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposit amount made by that player in the 12 months prior to the claim.

• JJWin is not liable for any loss of profits, indirect losses, consequential losses or special damages arising from use of the platform, even if JJWin was advised of the possibility of such losses.
• JJWin is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device failures, third-party service outages (including payment processors) or events outside JJWin's reasonable control.
• JJWin makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. JJWin will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.
• JJWin is not responsible for any tax liability incurred by players on their winnings. Players are solely responsible for any tax obligations applicable to gambling winnings in their jurisdiction.

JJWin collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering a JJWin account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

• JJWin collects personal data including your name, date of birth, mobile number, email address and payment details for the purpose of account management, identity verification and regulatory compliance.
• JJWin uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the JJWin platform.
• JJWin does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and regulatory authorities as required.
• You may request a copy of your personal data held by JJWin at any time by contacting support@jjwin.im.

JJWin reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered players via email and an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless the change is required urgently for legal or regulatory compliance.

Continued use of the JJWin platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any changes, you should close your account before the changes take effect.

JJWin may terminate or suspend any player account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has violated these Terms and Conditions, is engaging in fraudulent activity, or poses a legal or regulatory risk to the platform. In cases of termination for cause, JJWin will retain sufficient funds to cover any pending investigation before returning the remainder to the player's verified payment method.

Players may close their JJWin account at any time by contacting support@jjwin.im. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of account closure (after wagering requirements are resolved) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to JJWin's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of the JJWin platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of JJWin's registered operating territory.

In the event of any dispute between a player and JJWin, we encourage players to contact our support team first at support@jjwin.im. The vast majority of disputes are resolved at this stage without further escalation. JJWin commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days.
